Russia’s first research and educational multimedia project dedicated to places where Bulgakov lived or frequented. The project includes a printed map, navigation mobile app and website.

Prechistenka street and Mikhail Bulgakov walking tour

Lanes of Prechistenka street. Here Mikhail Bulgakov lived and here many of his characters came to life.

 

Here is a house where professor Preobrazhensky brought a stray dog named Sharik. And here is a house where the Master wrote his brilliant novel. On Ostozhenka street we can see Margarita’s mansion and a little further we will take a step down the lane and proceed the way of Ivan Bezdomny when he chased a «foreign professor of black magic» Woland.
